Meet Robin Alexandra

The Evolution

I believe that love, joyful connection, and a playful spirit have the power to shift our focus from emotional wounding to emotional balance. This belief has become a guiding force in how I move through the world — shaping my choices, my personal journey, and the vocation I share with others.

From an early age I found sanctuary in the natural world, learning to listen deeply to the earth’s many voices. My lifelong reverence for Gaia’s sacred presence and seasonal rhythms has nurtured my sense of wonder, creativity, and devotion to living in harmony with life’s unfolding cycles.

Having lived in diverse landscapes across the United States, I raised my children in the rugged beauty of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Most recently, I’ve made my home in the serene, vibrant lands north of San Francisco Bay — a place that continues to inspire and ground me.

My personal path has been one of profound transformation. I embraced sobriety when I became a mother — committed to working through childhood trauma — and navigated recovery from a catastrophic injury. This journey of reclamation and renewal led me to an immersive study and training with sacred plant medicines, learning to create containers with safety and resect, . In Peru, Costa Rica, and the United States, I’ve had the privilege of working within two Mestizo lineages and alongside many respected medicine carriers. I also learn from the plants, fungi, and the earth herself. This sacred relationship remains a lifelong devotion — a living, evolving source of wisdom that continues to guide me.

A Ceremonial-Based Approach

My work is rooted in ancient ceremonial traditions, an understanding that all life is sacred, and practical and ethical practices in a modern setting. I honor the belief that objects, places, and living beings each carry a unique spiritual essence—an awareness that informs the way I hold space for exploration and growth. By integrating this time-honored wisdom into modern life, we open new doorways to authenticity, presence, and interconnectedness.

Nature, play, and art are sources of joy; they are essential to well-being. These elements relieve stress, awaken creativity, and foster a deep sense of self-love and connection to the world around us. In a fast-paced world, rekindling our relationship with these fundamental aspects of life can be profoundly transformative.

Alongside my studies with sacred plant medicines, I have cultivated a rich foundation in complementary practices that support personal inquiry and transformation. These include meditation, art therapy, Reiki, compassionate listening, yoga, dance, ritual, and guided meditation. My work is further enriched by a deep, ongoing relationship with the Divine Feminine and the elemental forces of air, earth, fire, and water—powerful, enduring energies that guide and balance the process of self-discovery.

Mindful-Based Coaching

At the heart of my work is a mindfulness-based coaching approach that invites curiosity, deep listening, and meaningful change. Together, we explore the fundamentals of psychedelic preparation and integration while gently examining the habit patterns and belief systems that may be limiting growth.

Rather than forcing change, this process creates space for awareness, choice, and possibility. Whether your intention is to reconnect with joy, shift old patterns, or rediscover a sense of aliveness, our work together offers a supportive path toward greater clarity, self-compassion, and authenticity.

Together, we explore how to create lasting change and a more fulfilling, connected way of being.

Reciprocity

True transformation is a shared journey—one that honors our personal growth and the wisdom and traditions that make this work possible. I believe that giving back and honoring the origins of this knowledge is essential to maintaining the integrity of this path.

I actively collaborate with individuals and organizations advocating for conscious, ethical approaches to psychedelic work—amplifying efforts that prioritize accessibility, cultural respect, and environmental stewardship.

Additionally, in recognition of the Indigenous cultures and communities who have preserved these sacred practices for generations, I make monthly contributions to Indigenous rights organizations. This is one way I strive to uphold the principle of reciprocity: ensuring that the healing and insight we receive are balanced with tangible support for the people and lands from which these traditions originate.

When we engage in this work with reverence and reciprocity, we contribute to a larger movement: one that uplifts not only ourselves but also the communities and wisdom traditions that guide us.
